  1. I live in Hampton, SC about 45 minutes from Port Royal and there isn't a Skatepark here. I was wondering if BMX was allowed at the Skatepark. I love BMX and wish to ride somewhere close by. Please let me know if it is allowed or not. nhdunehw@mail.com

    1. Who is in charge of this skate park? The Port Royal Staff clean it up during the week but do a half butt job. Suggestions are made to the Port Royal City Manager but it is evident he could care less. Surely, there has to be someone you can go to...

We drove over from the Rincon / Guyton, GA area & it is our first time here with our grandson, Morgan, age 11. It is quite a delight watching him enjoying his scooter and skateboard on these ramps!

We are impressed and it was worth the drive for this park! For it's age, construction and size, it is a good find. There are a few minor maintenance things that need to be done, but overall the ramps and edges are in good shape. The lighting is a definite benefit!
    Thank you, Port Royal!
